Service Cancellation & Refund Policy
Overview
Next Step Junk Co. provides junk removal, cleanout, hauling, and related services. Because our services are performed at scheduled times and involve labor, transportation, and disposal costs, completed services are non-refundable.
Appointment Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid service fees or deposits.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and operational costs.
No-Show Appointments
If our team arrives at the scheduled service location and is unable to complete the job due to customer absence, lack of access, or other circumstances outside of our control, a service fee may be charged.
Service Adjustments
The final service price may vary from the original estimate if the volume, weight, type of materials, accessibility, or scope of work differs from the information provided at the time of booking. Any pricing adjustments will be discussed before work begins whenever possible.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once services have been completed.
If you believe there was an issue with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
